All Content downloaded from LurkaWindo is protected by copyright and is subject to licensing agreements.
Standard License: Grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, commercial, and worldwide license to make use of the digital asset you have selected, subject to the restrictions below.

5. Contributor Terms (For Uploaders)

6. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Purchases: All purchases of digital assets, subscription plans, or wallet deposits are final.
Refund Policy: Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances, such as a technically defective file, at the sole discretion of site administration.
Account Balances: Any free promotional balances or coupons applied to your account are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Using automated bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools to mass-download Content or harvest user data.
